I asked 7 companies for quotes to make the OOZNEST plates here in the US. I've only received one quote back and it was for $495. The C-Beam Machine bundle is $495.

Should I just buy the machine and make my own? Afterwards, I could make plates for you guys and other stuff; plus I'd have my own mini-CNC machine. ;)

Is the C-Beam bundle good enough to make the plates we/you use?

    Thanks!
    Darren

If anyone will give you a decent price, it's him. I understand he uses a water cutter, which does a much better job, in my opinion.
The C-Beam bundle will probably work, but it will be slow going. I think it is built more for prototypes, not production work.

I don't know how you can survive without a CNC machine. Is there anything keeping you from doing both?

We can ship our ones to US if that would be of interest to you, shouldn't cost to much. Also you won't have to pay our VAT.

It will be £22.50 with DHL. If you want a a full kit it will be around £80, but this depends on the size.

Sorry i wasn't clear. For the plates kit it is £22.50.

We also offer full kits to build an ox cnc machine, which include the plates and all the mechanical/rails needed. Depending on the size of the machine these will cost about £80 to ship.
