    I need a little help.

I have been using my workbee 1010 with a 1.5kw spindle, running blackbox successfully for a few years now. Today I was in the middle of an operation and the entire cnc just stopped moving, but the spindle stayed on and there were no errors. The VFD did blink and “error 4”, but after power cycling everything, I can’t get anything to show any errors.

Right now, as soon as there is a USB connected to the blackbox, the “tool on” light is illuminated and in the troubleshooting tab “Variable Spindle” is ON. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get the blackbox to turn off the spindle, but it’s just stuck.
So far, I have power cycled the VFD, the blackbox, the PC running the control software, tried a different USB port, different USB cable, tried restoring the firmware, and unplugging everything but the USB. It seems like there is something stuck in the blackbox itself.

Then the same reply would apply :)

Include detailed pictures of your VFD wiring when you contact them, to allow them to assist you better, particularly how the control wiring is installed onto the VFD
