I have a black box its a little over a year old. Im having the great "disconnect" issues. I am wondering if its because the female usb slot on the board has too much play in it? I plugged the same cord into a printer at my home and it worked great. It had no play. In the BB the plug can wiggle and is extremely loose. Im wondering if the vibration of my table is making this happen. I previously had it mounted in the horizontal position. Is there any way to tighten up the fit of this plug? I have tried a few different cords and all are extremely loose (but in other devices they fit snugly). Thanks
