So far so good using 12mm acrylic machined parts.

Small holes do not machine well on my homemade plywood mill so I enter drill those and finish with the drill press.

My previous Bosch Profile OX variant is running fine using the same. this time I am prototyping first with acrylic before sending to water jet for aluminum.
