So just got my machine up and running and its falling apart, the stamped tnuts cant be tightened enough without stripping, Are you guys using thread lock? better tnuts? had couple of the screws fall out during a run and got in the vslot, scarred up a wheel and one of my x axis c-beams, not to mention the $50 sheet of stock

I have never had one come loose, nor have I tightened them to the point of stripping. I do use thread lock on many of my screws, but I don't think I used any in the t-nuts. A majority of my t-nuts are these Drop In Tee Nuts Pack because I prefer them for ease of install.

As Craig alluded to, that problem is practically unheard of.

Did you install the T-nuts the right way round?
Did you use the correct length screw?
