    Hi there,
I have an annoying error with
my LEAD 1515 / BlackBox controlled plasma Table.
Often at the very end of a cut, I get this alarm : "Hard limit triggered. Machine position is likely lost due to sudden and immediate halt. Re-homing is highly recommended."
Note that it's always as far as I can remember at the end of a cut. (not at the end of the whole job)
    After the M5 command.
Does this happen to anyone ? Is there a cause / solution ?
Thanks for any hints or tips about that.

Well I went to read some of the documentation and here's what I have found :
    1.3 False Hard-limit alarms
EMI can cause Grbl to falsely think that the Hard limit switches has been hit (when you are sure the carriages did not touch any of the limit switches at the time of the Alarm) . This can largely be avoided by using Xtension Limit Switches with onboard RC filters.

Basically this whole page is interesting for anyone having this issue : docs:blackbox-4x:faq-emi [OpenBuilds Documentation]

Which inverter are you using? Sure it is a CNC compatible machine? (Blowback Or LF start, NOT HF)

I use an "Hypertherm 45XP" and I never had this alarm triggered before, it's fairly recent maybe 7 or 8 month that it happens fairly regularly on a job. (And the Table had no modification made to it)

Hypertherms are good, so probably not EMI.

Does your GCODE contain any moves at the end that does move the machine into the endstops?
