I see the “footprint” listed at 1000x1000mm or 40x40 inches for the Lead 1010. But it looks like stepper motors stick out beyond the rails on one side and out the back.

What are the full outer dimensions? For example, if I wanted to build an enclosure for it, what would the inside dimensions need to clear? All three dimensions.

    thanks.

The most accurate way to measure this would be to download the Sketchup model, or just add 8 inches to either side. The full outer would depend on which steppers you chose. The High torque bodies are 86mm and the standoffs are another 40mm. then you have to add the thickness of the plates. So, 8 inches extra should be a good safe estimate and -- when added to the original 40 inches -- is conveniently half of a sheet of most sheet goods.

    Thanks for the quick response.
BTW...it would be great if there were a Fusion360 model... :)
