Eagle Flying Over A Wolf

  • Machine Type:
    OpenBuilds WorkBee
    Vectric Pro
    OpenBuilds BlackBox
    Machine Time:
    13 hrs
    Bit or Laser Size:
    1/4 and 1/8” bullnose
I used Sapele. It is also known as Sapela Mahogany.
    It carves beautifully.
    It is 17-1/4 x 9-3/8"
Since I have taken it out of the jig I don't dare try to put it back and refine it.
I would like to get a finer detail but am unsure of how to proceed, If anyone could shed light on that I would appreciate it?
I bought this machine to make parts for My Flight Simulator and so far have not done anything else but machine pictures.
Oh well perhaps I can sell some of these to by parts for my Sim.

    Thanks for looking.

Thank you Folks. Appreciate the feedback.
So I have had a few folks in my neighborhood ask me how much something like this costs.
I honestly don't know what a fair price would be. There are a number of things to take into consideration as far as time and such.
I'm not trying to get rich but if someone wants to pay for this sort of thing then there should be some sort of base.
Does anyone have any experience in this area of sales?

    Thank you.

Very nice! For really fine detail try a tapered ball nose bit.

Thanks Alex I appreciate it. I will try that on the next project.
I went and broke my 1/8th ball nose. Dropped it on the concrete floor.
