Excel Sheet For Pricing OpenBuild Projects. WIP 2017-10-27

I just started a little worksheet for pricing out builds. At this point, It is not even close to done. But still a little helpful for me.
All the formulas are done. just add qty for stuff and it does the rest. As it is, only linear rail is done.
