I seem to be a little out of my league. After numerous problems getting everything square, then figuring out why it wouldn't complete a surfacing job, I got both those fixed and set. Made sure all my eccentrics were set. Made sure the backlash was set properly. I pre calibrated with the ob control wizard and then followed ooznest's video on calibrating the steps per mm. Done. Run the same calibration test and now it's not close. So I rerun the calculation and try to confirm again and it's off. I'm not sure where to go from here. A 60mm square will come out between 58.9 - 60.5mm. There doesn't seem to be an axis within the .2 I should be seeing. Pockets are cut .5 - .9mm undersized or oversized.

is everything tight? if your dimensional problems are calibration only, then every 60.000mm square would be the same identical size, whatever that size is.
