Ordered the 1515 lead bundle with all the add ons. On Sunday I received a 20x11x11 box with all the smaller parts but no lead screws, spoil boards or parts to build the frame. On the tracking link for fedex it says the shipment was only one box. Is this normal or does it sound like there’s a mix up with fedex or openbuilds? I submitted a ticket with openbuilds on Sunday and still haven’t heard back. I’m worried I’m not going to get the machine I paid for…. Anyone else have this happen to them?
I just got the shipping notice this morning for my 1010 order. The order page in the shop shows only one tracking number, but I've got a FedEx account where it texts me when shipments are scheduled for my address and I've got texts for two different shipments from the same origin in FL to my address. I'd email support and ask if there is a second tracking number.
Always a good idea to check your spam folder. A number of users have found this to be the issue when they haven’t received a reply.
