Hi, I'm in the middle of a lead CNC 1000mm x 1500mm build. All is going pretty well but I have a problem that I can't seem to find a solution to. My machine homes perfectly but if the homing process takes more than 15 seconds the homing sequence times out with and alarm / error. The log shows the following error: SEVERE [com.willwinder.universalgcodesender.GrblController]: Error while processing response <An error was detected while sending '$H': ALARM: Homing fail. Streaming has been paused.> Once I clear the alarm I can continues to home the machine but it it takes to long it will time out again. Is there a homing time out setting that I am missing? Thanks, Scott
I'll be honest that I dont have any experience with grbl .9. But usually that's an indication that your machine size isnt set up correctly in your grbl settings. grbl uses those sizes to determine how long (though not based on 'time' but distance) the homing cycle should look for your limit switches. Here's what I'm talking about: gnea/grbl
