When I make a cut file on VCarve Pro and import it to the control program it moves my cut file to the top right instead of being centered. Example: I’m cutting on a 18” x 18” piece of wood and I want my cut to be centered which it is in VCarve Pro but when I put it in to the control software it move everything to the top right of the 18x18 sheet how do I get it to stay put
Screen shots of your vcarve setup and the 3d viewer window of Control please. Also attach your gcode file.
CONTROL won't (can't) move your file. Likely you have the origin set to top-right in Vectrics stock setup. Also make sure you are using our Post Processor
Oh, also keep in mind the grid shows the extent of the job (not your stock) so read the numbers along the axis, it probably is in the right spot, but you are thinking there should be more grid beyond the job itself (there won't be as there is no job moves beyond the job itself)
Has this issue been resolved because i am experiencing something similar. i have my start point set to center. i move my axis' center on the machine however when i tell it to check size through open builds control it moves way to far right.
