The flatting wizard is nice BUT it does not turn on the router or vacuum. This is a great disadvantage since I need to connect the router and vacuum to different outlets (not controlled by the Black Box) when using this feature

    could this feature be improved?

Use the TOOL ON menu before clicking RUN - easier than rewiring
Will note the absense of tool commands for a future update - thanks

    I did some more testing.
I use a Makita router not a spindle.

the M3 works but not with the S command. Even if I turn the router on it will turn it off. before doing any cutting!
    attached is a working gcode:

I can tell you it works fine with the blackbox and the IOT router. So what's your setup?

If you manually turn the router on and the M3 turns if off, something isnt right with your setup. M3 it router on, M5 is router off.

look at your GRBL $30 and $31 settings, the S command must be the higher of the two for it to turn on the router output if you are using the relay.
The defaults are 0 and 1000 for 0 to 1000 rpm, but if you have changed the max to say 30000rpm, then S1000 is essentially 'off' on that scale.

You hit it on the spot!
the $30 $31 values were off - I do not know why, I did not change them.
But when I changed to range it now works!

    THANKS!!!!!
