Thanks K3RT, glad you found it interesting mate, and that it'll help out a little. I'm still learning myself, and as I discover new things and work things out for myself, I'll be sure to pass them on ; ) TURK

      5 /5,
Thank you sooooooooo much for posting. I had an almost exact experience with my 750x1000 WorkBee build. Still awaiting a new AB-Nut-Block but this has been the most helpful post I have read in getting my CNC machine up and running. Thanks again!!!

Very well described with plenty of informative text. I read and followed it all with interest.

Glad you liked my build Michael, I though it would help others putting everything that's needed to get started all in one place. I spent literally days searching around for what turned out to be quite straight forward really ( finding the information was the hard bit ). If only there were a 'Getting Started Manual' somewhere! I think people would find CNC'ing much easier to comprehend. TURK

Many thanks for the kind words guys, very much appreciated. As we're all here to learn I thought it would be a good idea to share what I've learned so far, and as I learn new things I'll continue to update my thread with new information I pick up along the way. Glad people are finding it useful ; ) TURK

Apologies crnrstndes I've just seen this post ! ...... and yes, you're right, good video. I've seen quite a lot of Charley Thomas' videos, and I will go through a proper calibration of my workbee. Many thanks for the tip. TURK

Hi again, I did notice something in your GRBL settings that you might want to explore. When I set up my C-Beam I noticed the parts I was cutting were larger than designed. I found this video on how to calibrate the machine properly and now everything is spot on. Have a look! Thanks mate. Yes indeed, superb design and so easy to assemble that a total nugget like me can assemble one ! Making it sing and dance should be interesting ! TURK
