Hi all, still in design phase of this build so more of a teaser for now. I have stripped my router to build this mill so it will happen.

Its using multiple types of profiles and several c beams and sheet steel outter cover. Also planning to eg fill the lot.

All end plates have been modified to support 12mm leadscrew and linear rails on all axis.

Also attempting to 3d print the way covers in nylon. I have designed these to mate to the cbeam and cover hgw15 rails.

Thumbs up if you want more.

    Reason for this Build

My router leadscrews needed upgrading and i wanted a machine to cut metals with abit more speed and accuracy.
Most parts used are what i had on the router or laying around.
