This is a re-imagining of the original David Spaulding design found here on Thingiverse http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1001065
This is configured using the 300 mm square build plate cut sheet located in the appendix of the build manual, and extending the z-height of the entire build to 660 mm to accommodate a taller lead screw (500 mm)
This entire project was also re-cut as far as the BOM making Openbuildspartstore the priority for all parts. Bear in mind, looking at the BOM there is a significant cost increase in some areas. This is due to me acquiring some generous sponsors in certain areas, such as the hot end, controller board, and extra power supply for the 300mm heated bed. You can accomplish this project for a lower price point.
