Nema 23 Belt and Pinion Actuator
Hi everyone, here is a belt and pinion system utilizing our rigid XL Gantry Plate as well as the HD GT3 timing belt to create a strong but accurate system.
This build incorporates a Nema 23 Motor Mount Plate to our XL Gantry Plate to make a rigid configuration that can provide both accuracy and rigidity to all of your builds.
In this build we also incorporated GT3 Timing Belt, as well as our GT3 20 Tooth Timing Pulley, to satisfy the insatiable appetite of our strong builds in the community!

- GT3 Belt Tooth Pitch: 3mm per tooth.
- Steps Per Revolution for the Stepper Motor: 200 steps (1.8° per step).
- Microstepping Setting: 1/8th microstepping
- Steps per mm are: 26.67 steps/mm
- Utilizes Xtreme Solid V Wheels.
- Rigid mount between XL Gantry Plate and Nema 23 Motor Mount Plate.
- This build utilizes a GT3 20 Tooth Timing Pulley and GT3 Timing Belt.
- This build is completely modular and customization is encouraged!
- Travel for the 500mm version is 340mm
- Travel for the 1000mm version is 840mm
- Travel for the 1500mm version is 1340mm
