As the world scrambles to find solutions to shortages in medical equipment, the MIT team came out with a ventilator prototype which has sparked many makers everywhere to find low cost replacement that could possibly be used to save lives.
This is a converted version of that prototype using stock OpenBuilds parts plus a couple of 1/4" acrylic sheet.
I used 1/8" acrylic in this one as it was what i had on hand.
The gear was 3D printed but a laser would also would have need as great choice.
Ive tested the NEMA17 with a basic gcode and got everything moving but a NEMA23 would be a better choice i think. File attached has both options.
This is a work in progress but hope the community can chime in and make it better.
