This is my cnc. It is based on a 1510 LEAD CNC with screw drives on all three axes. For the control electronics I used a Planet-cnc MK3 controller capable of managing up to 9 axes while all the software part is managed by a Raspberry Pi3B + installed inside the same cabinet that contains the electronics. For the stepper motors (3N/m) I used drives capable of supplying up to 6 Amperes powered at 48V. The spindle motor is controlled by a single-phase inverter Mitsubishi FR-D720 of 1.5Kw - 220V. Furthermore the spindle is liquid cooled and was purchased by a Chinese company that produces high precision mechanics.
I will be happy to answer your questions and your curiosity. The complete machine is still being tested due to the limited time available.
