This is my first CNC build it is the Openbuilds Lead 1010.

The first thing I did was cut out a platform that I could use to move the entire unit around if need be.

The second thing I did was cut a rotating laptop mount to attach to the platform.

I wanted a completely self sufficient platform that has the gantry, controllers, and power systems all firmly attached so I could move it and only need one power cable to operate.
      1. Special Notes

The laptop bracket is specific to my Samsung Laptop. It is very doubtfull that it would work for your laptop type. However the general idea is there and someone that can edit crv files can of course make changes. Happy building!

    Reason for this Build

Wanted a platform that contained the entire CNC. Also I like to build everything with radius corners.
