USE PROTECTIVE GLASSES / GLOGGLES AND SHIELDING !!!
This is the bottom of the mount. Its a stock Router / Spindle mount from OpenBuilds Part store
(Router/Spindle Mount). I used the protective Laser Optical Density Shielding (250nm to 520nm Laser Shielding – 12″ x 12″ | J Tech Photonics, Inc.) and cut sides and center plate. The center plate was cut with a scroll saw as I did have have a machine to cut them out. I traced the parts onto the protective shielding and cut them out.
The "L' angle 3/16"x 1" x 1" is used to hold the Laser assembly and mount to the rear router/spindle bracket.
I plan on also using protective shielding sides around my machine to prevent any injury to my eyes.
