Machine base is four layers of 3/8in OSB(recycled pallet dividers) glued together.
All of the white painted pieces are steel. The angle iron was tubing that had to be cut into angle iron. All holes drilled on a drill press.
Lead screws are T8s available here. Motors are Nema 23s paired for the StepperOnline DM542T drivers. Electronics is an EBAY Dell running LinuxCNC connected to a C10 BOB installed into an old PC case. Router is a Makita RT0701C.
Cutting area is only about 25inx22in. Machine is going to get an overhaul hopefully by end of year, completely new linear bearing system based around stainless tubing, plus cast aluminum for the gantry and Z axis.
