The design is not ready yet
Still have to find a setup for my z-axis + a "drawer" for my electronics
I`m going to use:
OptLasers 6W diode laser module with uSpot lens and AirAssist
CoreXY setup using alu parts made for the RailCore printer
grblHAL Teensy Pro controller
LightBurn software
The frame is made from parts I have from other projects - 2020, 2040 and 2080 profiles
I`m going to use opalwhite 4mm plexi plates as side panels
MGN12H rails
This is my first laser design that I used to learn/test
Corexy laser
Build in 'Laser Cutter Builds' published by Oyvind Amundsen, Jul 26, 2021.
I have tested my Opt Lasers laser module on a "open" frame for some time. Decided that I want to test a corexy setup and combine it with a boxed/enclosed design - my goal is to get high precision + a safe setup with protection from the laser light + a fan to extract the smoke/exhaust..
