This is my first 3D printer build, hopefully you like it.

      12-6-19 Update:
I am currently rebuilding the electronics and print heads in this build, I never really liked the electronics just lying on the bottom of the enclosure so I have decided to strip it clean and move everything around.

      10-31-18 Update:
After hours of printing I have decided auto bed leveling is not for me. It has proved itself unreliable at times, minor variations in the aluminum head bed have given me headaches to say the least! I have recently changed the bed design to include four stiff springs for manual bed leveling. I still however feel I need a glass plate on top of the aluminum to even things out even further.

Also the tornado extrudes have been giving me problems. The idle wheel used in the drive mechanism is not providing reliable pressure, causing printers to stop feeding filament mid print. I am tackling the task of designing my own extruder head now to meet my needs.

Stay turned for more updates in the near future. Though progress is slow as I am in the middle of designing another machine at the same time.

      A couple test prints:

      Design:
      Core XY
      Build area:
      330mm x 330mm x 690mm

      Features:
Dual Extruder, Auto bed leveling, Full Enclosure, LED lights (it was dark in there!)
      *Update(12-20-17)
      - I had to upgrade the extruder from 12v to 24v. I was receiving thermal runaway errors when changing thickness of the extrusion, 12v could not keep up with the heat demand.

    Reason for this Build

I was tired of the limited space on kit 3D printers and just to see if I could.
