I decided this build I would create a build log for it... For 2 reasons so I can keep track of what I am doing, and to possible get help from more experienced builders.
I need to take some more pictures as this one is the only one I have at the moment.
I have made it bit more progress then what is shown in the pic. The Z axis belt routing and motor placement is complete. (Waiting on the knife table to come from China). I added a few extra braces here and there to add rigidity and to provide bolting places for the exterior panels when I get to that point.
Once the bed arrives I can put that in then I can build the lid. Next week my interior panels should be completed... Getting them cut from 6mm matte black dibond. Once I get those in I can mount the electronics and route the wiring, install the tube etc.
A new design of my based on a couple different machines I have seen both on openbuilds and youtube. In the end will have a and X/Y workspace of 1250mm x 1000mm and a Z axis range of about 200mm.

Reason for this BuildI am building this because my V1 build I built following my schematic or diagram other then an idea I had in my head... It was ugly, no where near rigid enough, and was open to the free air... and we all know how bad these fumes can stink. But hey it worked for me for 2 years and made me more then enough money to build this new one.. so I guess that is a win.
This ones is still designed by me but I laided it out in sketchup so I at least had something to follow and stick too, which is going much better I must say lol.
