    Hey John. Looks like it's going to be a nice build. I'm in he process of building my first ever CNC router/mill.

    The acme screws need a bit of sanding to fit the bearing on the ends. @Mark Carew shows his process in the video for the C-Beam Plate Machine build. Basically you can lightly chuck the acme screw in your drill and spin it while holding some finer grit paper on the last 2 inches of each side. Mark suggested 220 grit.

    I just did it a bit at a time to ensure I didn't remove too much material and make the fit too loose.
