    Hello, your project looks very nice. I have a question, will this machine cut through cloth and jean material?

    Hello Steve,

    Thank you so much for your comment and question. We have't never cut through cloth and jean material yet. If you send these materials to us, we can cut it as a sample test.

    I'm building an Openbuilds OX CNC Router and I am looking for input as far as adding a Laser Module into it as well. I see here that you've used a 1.6 watt 450 nM Laser Diode as your module and seeing as your have already constructed a viable machine. I am interested in what you would say to my usage of a 2000 mW x 450 nM Laser Module. Will such a Module allow me to perform decent Grayscale Engravings in Wood and what would the viability be in me cutting 1/4 inch Balsa Wood for Model Aircraft Construction?
    Any input that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
