cnc back stop for promecam rg50 brake press
times have moved on and speed and technology are key in welding and fabrication, my brake press had a manual back, fantastic for 1 bend but when your trying to do 3-6 bends it makes it a utter pain in the *** so i decide to make a quick back stop just using linear rails and screw but then thought if i make it cnc controlled i can then make programs for the regulator part numbers/ jobs i do,
so far so good.
next to do is order a touch screen& computer and make a pendant for on the front of the press for quick editing and looking at drawings etc.
