In the assembly manual the instructions say to post the limit switch on the top of the left Y axis C-beam, as shown on the right in the attached image. But when placed there, what touches & activates the switch? Later in the manual a picture shows it in a different position (see attached, on the left) that makes more sense to me. I suppose either would be fine but which is the 'default' way?
