Will Control Software run on WIN2000, Win98 or Win NT ?

    I have a bunch of small footprint Pentium 4 HP desktops as well as WIN 2000, Win 98 and Win NT OS I can load on them and I was wondering if the control software will run on them? I can also load Linux but it can be a bear.
