THE LEAD 1010 BUNDLE ONLY INCLUDES 3 LIMIT SWITCHES ACCORDING TO COMPLETE PARTS LIST. to protect the machine should there be 3 for each travel direction making a total of 6 ?
Still waiting for my machine due to border closure

You need 3 switches to enable homing. You can then set up "soft limits" to protect the machine.

a numerical limit of x/y/z for the machine, Read the grbl documentation for a lot of great information gnea/grbl and if you aren't using a grbl based controller, soft limits are usually available in those controllers too.

And if you don't want to mess with soft limits, switches aren't that expensive and easy to add. A lot of machine kits ship with no limit switches at all, btw.
