Received and unpacked my 1010 table. 1 of the 4040 linear rails had shipping damage and is unusable. Went to the support site and submitted a ticket. Crickets from the ticket submission, no ticket number or email confirming the ticket receipt. Tried logging into verify the ticket submission, invalid login, i.e., the open builds account login doesn't work for the support portal... ***?
