    Did you try v1.0.235 yet, there is a fix (beta, please test and let me know if it solved the issue for you) in 1.0.235, which was released yesterday: See OpenBuilds/OpenBuilds-CONTROL

    Also, double check that you did follow step 4.2 of the BlackBox documentation: OpenBuilds BlackBox 4X Documentation

    No luck. Updated and usb settings. Tested with vfd turned off. No stopping so I'm guessing there maybe interference somehow. Going to change over to a windows7 pc and see how that does.

    Ahh VFDs, yeah they are terrible. EMI for sure. Buy a 20 pack of clip on ferrites on amazon (;

    Any cable could act as the antenna that brings noise into the system. Patching one leak, might show the next. USB is obvious, But i've seen keyboard cable bring EMI into the USB hub on the motjerboard, and then Windows disables the whole USB hub. So get a 20 pack and clip it one USB, PC, Power, Endstops, etc

    Other than the quick fix
    - VFD in metal enclosure that is earthed
    - Earth spindle body
    - Shielded cable between VFD and Spindle (shield earthed only on VFD side)
    - Setup a Star grounding scheme: earth machine frame too

    VFDs (especially the cheaper ones) spit out a tonne of EMI unfortunately
