Hey guys! So far i have built all my electrical stuff together and im ready for setting it up and testing it. Currently im on a step setup spindle controll through my motion card which is MKX-4 Mach3. Has anyone used/uses this card? What have i done so far is: Connect my VFD HY03D023B to motion card using following connections from motion card FWD(spindle) to FWD on VFD from motion card DCM(spindle) to DCM on VFD from motion card ACM( spindle) to ACM on VFD from motion card AVI(spindle) to V1 on VFD from motion card 10V In(spindle) to 10V on VFD After using these connections i cant my spindle through mach3 software. Neither on/off, neither RPM. Do i have to use some speficic input/output settigs? I have also programmed my VFD with many stuff and it works fine if i use manuall controlls on VFD. For motion controll card i have change PD001 and PD002 to value 1 so it can be controlled externaly. Here are some pictures that might help i hope
Thanks, so far i have managed to setup spindle so it turns on/off from Mach3 software, but i cant really seem to make it controll the RPMs correctly. I think it could be because of my VFD settings. Does anyone have a same VFD as i do?
