I am trying to build something that might not work out as intended.
Someone on reddit was nice enough to create the following sketch for me:
    A360

I was now wondering whether or not the C-Beam actuator set would be able to support this. The intention is to use two rails and support a TV (21kg, 1.449m) + swivel (8kg). I am not sure if this works out. The torque applied perpendicularly to the C beam would be 413.65 Nm, if I didn't make a mistake.

I don't know if the C Beam could hold it or if there are mechanisms to support the weight.

I am anticipating to use 2. But maybe what is not really clear from the picture, I am more concerned about the swivel.

The picture in the CAD shows the state when it has moved vertically, but not yet swiveled to 90 degrees. Do you know what I mean?
