All - Hoping I could get feedback on why my bits continue to get stuck in my collet. (MR11 nut, RoutER11) I ordered a new collet, because mine had a small bend in it. The new one worked great for the first 2-3 uses, but now my bits are getting stuck again. I am not overtightening the collet nut. Is there something, maintenance related, that I can do to eliminate this problem? Thanks
figured it out. had a build up of saw dust inside the spindle. And, my router bits had some residue on the shank. Cleaned everything and now works like new
