I have the OB Lead1010 40x40 and want to run the surfacing flattening wizard within OBControl.

The CNC specs show 40"by 40" but clearly the actual live area falls witin that as the end sensors get triggered before the router can travel 40".

My question is, when I setup the wizard, do I put in the spec numbers 40" x 40" or do I have to do some sort of actual live measurement (jog a marker to make an outline of the actul live area)?

I'm not sure if the control softare "knows" what the acutal live area is if I were to put in the spec 40x40".

You need to measure your workable distance, doesn't have to be super precise all the way to the edges either :) Measuring tape will do
Wizards add's offsets for the Endmill diameter automatically
