I hope this is the Correct sub-section for posting this question. I have an Xpro V4 connected to my 2.2Kw VFD. This
VFD runs on a 110v circuit.
    Running GRBL v1.1f,
Maximum RPM is set to 24000,
Minimum set to 6000 in the firmware.

My issue is that when I request lets say 10k RPM I get 8K. When I want the minimum, I get about 4.7k. The frequencies I'm getting seem to be incredibly inaccurate. I am unsure what setting i would look into in order to fine tune this. Has anyone else had this issue??

Hi Yamionxtc, What I would do, Trial and error your min-max setting to get close enough.
Or there may be a calibration for the 0-10v scale on the vfd
Did you try setting the Min to 4.7k?
    Xpro and a 2.2kw WOW
    Cheers

I can continue trying trial and error, but it would be better to get a full understand of how this works? also, Is xpro not a good fit for the 2.2Kw??

It's just the scaling on the xPro output not calibrated to the input.
As for the xpro being used on a system with a 2.2kw spindle, just a bit like a man with huge arms and tiny legs. ;)
    Cheers
