I bought a xPro V4 during the winter and because of some other work elsewhere, just got around to building my CNC machine and hooking up. All went well except the X axis has a red light on the board and seems dead. Switched wires around and hooked x to y and x motor and wiring are fine.Changed over to the 4th motor driver and configured as an x and with some grbl mods, all three steppers are working ok now. But the original x driver appears dead and after numerous messages to Spark Concepts asking for advice or recommendations on repair and zero response, I am wondering if they are still a going entity?
They seem to still be taking orders. Not responding to the customer contact form isn't very promising, though.
