Software went crazy HELP!

    Ok, so I was doing my business went to my kitchen for coffee, my job was finished and I told the mobile widget to go to zero (spindle off, of course) and It went crazy, first started going downwards on the x axis, tried to abort, finally it did but now my machine has a clanking sound on the X axis
    Help, I suppose I have to dismantle stuff but don't know where to begin.

    Just an additional tip:

    The up/down axis is the Z axis. X is left to right. Y is back to Front. Assuming from your video you mean Z, not X

    Secondly, GOTOZERO goes to Z+5 first (normally bit is still on the stock or in the cut, so the 5mm lift up is a safety feature - however if you were above Z5 already, it would appear to go down first (but stop 5mm above the stock zero) and then move X and Y
    Alternatively, use the GotoZero in Machine Zero option (Lifts Z up to homing switch, then moves XY)
