Hi I just built a new lead 1010 machine, and I am making holes for the spoiler board.

I have it set to .5" in the cam software but the holes I cut come out as 1.25".

    Any help?

Did you load up the Machine Profile from Grbl Settings, remember to hit Save and click Reset when prompted

    I did do that.

But it did ask me to reinstall the software for a new version will that reset the settings? When I open up the GRBL settings and check it, the lead 1010 profile shows.

It will not because of the update

But do check, as incorrect steps per mm explains the difference (or incorrect setup / endmill in CAM)
