Hello, i have a ramps 1.4.. i want to make one plotter with pen.. z axis with servo a stepper for X axis and a stepper for Y axis, 2 driver A4988.. i cant fint how to work with ramps board.. with grbl 5axis the XY stepper work ok, but how to change the Z axis this servo??? Can you help me...
RAMPS being a 3D printed board is the wrong choice, so its not likely going to be easy. You'll need to look for a RAMPS compatible fork with Servo Support. UNO users can use GitHub - cprezzi/grbl-servo: Special Grbl version for use with servo instead of spindle or laser. but it won't work with a RAMPS.
