    Ya sketchup can be a little finicky about the process.

    Another tip that helps is to size down your sketchup window from being maximized to just large enough to display the model.

    What i mean by this is instead of having your window like this:

    You want to minimize the amount of white space around your model like this:
    [​IMG]

    Also you want to change the settings in the print dialog box from:
    [​IMG]

    mainly unchecking the "fit to page" option and fixing the the scale, to this:

    No, I didn't, I just made some generic aluminum plates for the intial build and will route my own with my OX. I am almost ready to assemble but got distracted by my Segway build.

    The skechup files are up in the "files and drawings" tab at the top of the page in a zip folder.
