Ordering from OpenBuildsPartsStore?

    It has been a few years since I have ordered parts from the OpenBuilds Parts Store and I am wondering what has changed. I placed an order almost 3 days ago now, payment is complete and I have yet to hear anything, and my support has gone unanswered. Account status is Awaiting Fulfillment. Are they normally this slow and inattentive?

    Check to see if any of the parts that you ordered are out of stock. If so, you have two choices: cancel order for parts not in stock or wait for them.

    Well, the main item when I ordered was in stock, now showing out of stock... You'd that they'd at least answer my query. I guess I will wait.

    Most of the time orders ship the next day but you ordered during a major sale. It may take up to a week to clear the backlog.

    That makes sense, thank you.... Just don't know why they haven't answered my question..
