Control software V1.0.344, when probing with Openbuilds XYZ probe and setting the bit just over the hole it moves and sets the Z then moves and sets the X then sets the Y and moves back to the hole and touches the X side and stops, nothing else, green light stays lit and no other motion. I have to raise the Z to get the touch plate out.
    Any suggestions?

Firmware is up to date. Still ran the flash utility and still same results as posted above. Tried to get video off IPhone but too big and need to research how to do that.

Don't need video, just a couple checks.
Next up, copy of the log on the Serial Terminal tab, showing the probe operation.

While we wait for confirmation. Does any of the individual X, Y, Z probes also get stuck (A little slower, but at least gets you working for now)

You are using our wizard right? Not a custom macro? Reason I ask is I see tiny differences like in your screenshot G4 P0.3 - but in our XYZ probe macro that is G4 P0.4 (See OpenBuilds-CONTROL/probev2.js at master · OpenBuilds/OpenBuilds-CONTROL)
or is the Auto Routine, not the XYZ routine? Just so we know exactly what to check if we can replicate your issue, by following the same actions?

If so, does the XYZ routine complete for you?

Yes I am using your wizard only and only for your XYZ touch plate. Z first then X then Y and they don't get stuck, only when the bit enters the hole it touch's right X side and stops, nothing else.
I did set up a macro for just Z and it works fine, this is for my personal touch plate with thickness of 0.8261:

    G20 G54
    G91
    G38.2 Z-1 F2
    G10 L2 P1 Z0.8261
    G4 P0.1
    G0 Z0.125
    G91

I just don't know what button to push in the control software to lower the Z to the work piece to see the bit in comparison to the work piece after running the macro.
    Hope this all makes sense.

It only goes into the hole for the AUTO sequence. So for now, enter the endmill diameter manually and use the XYZ Probe tab. Auto is just that little bit more convenient, but until we get into it - the XYZ option will keep you going until the next update

Thanks, XYZ without the automatic tab selected works fine, I think. I looked at the log and G4 P0.4 is in the log. But when I hit the - Goto Z0 (Work Coord) (G0 Z0) the bit jogs down but stops short of the surface of the project stock.
I know we are in different time zones and I will be away most of the day tomorrow, but I'll try to post more pictures of the log screen in different scenarios. Capture.PNG

Don't think it's a calibration issue, machine was used fine, carving 2d and 3d carves. Only issues were after Black Box X32 and Control Software but I'm willing to work through the issues because I like both.
Will experiment more and post log screen shots.

Update, there was a calibration issue on the Z Axis Old $102 value was 50,059 had to change to 208.58. After changing and running Z Axis probe the work zero command brought the bit to the top of the work piece. Automatic XYZ probe still does not work.

Flashed firmware and still does not work as intended. Probe set up according to diagram in Probe wizard using 3.2mm endmill. Touches Z first fine then X fine then Y fine but does not center in the hole to determine bit size and that's when the error code. Alarm 4 Probe Fail.PNG Also errors with 6.4mm endmill

Intial state error indicates probe was already in contact. So possibly either EMI (false trigger) or calibration (bit was touching probe because something was not where it should be), or probe plate moved around (hold back corner)
