I added an Enclosure to my CNC Lathe to keep the chips from flying everywhere and to get the doors to latch shut, I designed and printed some brackets that had spots to insert 4mm magnets that lined up with the steel screws on the aluminum brackets on the interior of the doors. The easiest way to mount them is with drop in T-nuts. 12mm socket cap screws (I used low profile) are needed to mount them (3 per door). The bottom one is screwed to the table top as well as fastened to the V-slot. A #6 screw is what the hole was chamfered for in the design. The STLs and Fusion 360 file are included. They are also available here: Magnetic doorstops/latches for V-slot Extrusion enclosures by cgmllr100
