I've been having issues with the CAM program inverting radii. When looking at the DXF file, it all looks good, but then after importing, there is one or two radii that are inverted, so I cannot use them to cut, and there is no way to fox it that I know of in the OB CAM program.

    Example:

Has anyone run into this or knows how to fix this issue?

    Thanks,
    Sam

Make sure yours DXF is in R14 Polyline format. Explode arcs/splines to Polylines

I switched it to R14 and have tried the 3D polyline and 2D polyline options. I'm using NX. I have yet to successfully transfer any program from it to the CAM software. What else could it be?

DXF can be a finicky format.

Play with the export (try older than R14 and too)

Sometimes you have to cleanup the file manually, like exploding arcs to Polylines. Not sure how to do it in your application, in Autocad, Draftsight and QCAD its called the Explode command.

From CAD to CAM, Cleaning up 2D DWG files for CNC.

Failing that, try a different CAM like Fusion360, cambam, estlcam, etc

Sometimes throwing an intermediate application in the mix helps too (different exporter), for example, open your DXF in QCAD/LibreCAD and then save-as R14 in that.

Thanks for the recommendations, I'll give them a shot.

You're the best Peter! Helped me complete my CNC (I ended up just going with the Blackbox and it made my life easy) and now this.

    Thanks,
    Sam
