When I open some .DXF files in OB CAM, smooth curves appear as segmented lines. I'm exporting these .DXF files from Fusion 360. They appear fine in other CAD programs, as well as Autodesk Viewer, Corel Draw, Inkscape, etc. Unfortunately, in OB CAM, it looks like a combination of flat surfaces that make up the curves (see attached). I've tried importing into Autocad and saving in R14 (and other versions), but no luck. Any ideas on fixing this and better ways to export from Fusion 360 to avoid the issue? Thanks!
As a very basic free introductory CAM, we use polylines. As you have Fusion use its CAM - you already know and have a better CAM at hand. Just use our Post: docs:software:fusion360 [OpenBuilds Documentation]
