I have the Openbuilds XYZ Probe and I am having a problem with the Z axis when probing. When I probe the Z axis (in automatic or just the z) it touches the touch plate and then moves up 14mm. Then when I try to "goto 0" for the Z it does not come close to the material. I manually move it to the material and it went to 14mm to -29.33mm before it touches the material. Am I doing something wrong here or can someone offer some advice to resolve this? It also thinks my endmill is 2.84mm but it is a 3.175mm endmill. It does look like my X and Y is correct. Just the Z. Do I need to calibrate it somehow?
